Cast Partial
Cast partial frameworks are precise and comfortable and considered the gold standard in removable dental prosthetics. Crafted with meticulous attention-to-detail using advanced casting techniques, these frameworks provide unmatched durability and stability while seamlessly integrating with natural dentition. Engineered from high-quality metals such as chrome-cobalt, each framework is custom-designed to ensure a precise fit and optimal function and offers patients both reliability and comfort.
Ivoclar Emax
Emax crowns are a top choice for improving smile aesthetics, crafted from durable lithium disilicate for long-lasting strength. Their translucent appearance and seamless integration with natural teeth create a realistic and brilliant result.
Emax material has a flexural strength of 530 MPa; Varied range of Translucency Levels; Used for crowns, veneers, inlays, and implants; Preferred for esthetics.

Digital Dentistry
Step into the future of oral care with digital dentistry. New digital technology is revolutionizing solutions to dental health situations. Say goodbye to traditional molds and uncomfortable procedures—digital dentistry offers precision, efficiency, and comfort like never before.
** Digital Design Services are offered for same-day designs! Your practice can outsource this service to our lab, receive design data, and manufacture teeth directly at your office. We strive to meet the needs of all our Dentists!
3D Printed Models
Dental 3D-printed models represent a groundbreaking advancement in dentistry, offering unparalleled accuracy, efficiency, and customization. By utilizing cutting-edge 3D-printing technology, we can create highly detailed, patient-specific models of teeth, gums, and jaw structures with incredible precision. These models serve as invaluable tools for treatment-planning, simulation, and communication between dental practitioners and patients.

Monolithic
Monolithic zirconia is a versatile material used for cost-effectiveness, durability, and strength. This material is ideal for posterior single units that require strength and for partial- to full-arch bridges with deep shoulder preparation with a minimum of 2mm occlusal clearance.
Multi Layered
Multi-layered zirconia is designed with varying levels of translucency and color gradient within the material, mimicking the natural layering of enamel and dentin in teeth. This material is suitable for both anterior and posterior teeth, offering a balance between esthetics and strength. By simulating the natural color gradient of teeth, multi-layered zirconia restorations can achieve highly esthetic results with minimal chairside adjustments.
Multi-Layered Zirconia material has a flexural strength of 1,150 MPa; Higher Translucency Levels and Color Gradation throughout material; Used for veneers, crowns, bridges (up to 16 pontics), and implants; Preferred for Anterior restorations, strength, and esthetics. Shoulder and chamfer preparations are recommended for Multi-Layered Zirconia.

Nightguard
The benefits of digitally designed night guards are manifold:
Precision: Digital scans ensure a highly accurate fit, resulting in a night guard that conforms perfectly to the patient's teeth and gums.
Comfort: The custom-fit design reduces bulkiness and discomfort often associated with traditional night guards, making it more comfortable for the wearer to sleep with.
Durability: Digital night guards are made from high-quality materials that are both durable and long-lasting.
Convenience: Digital technology streamlines the entire process, from scanning to fabrication, reducing the time required to produce the night guard.
Adjustability: Digital designs can easily be modified if necessary, allowing for adjustments to be made without the need for additional physical impressions.
Overall, digital night guards offer a modern, efficient, and patient-friendly solution for addressing bruxism, providing effective protection for the teeth.
Porcelain Fused to Metal
Durability: Metal restorations are known for their exceptional strength and longevity. They can withstand the forces of chewing and biting without fracturing or breaking, making them suitable for restoring heavily stressed areas in the mouth.
Biocompatibility: Many metals used in dental restorations are biocompatible, meaning they are well-tolerated by oral tissues and have minimal risk of causing allergic reactions or other adverse effects.
Minimal Tooth Preparation: Metal restorations often require minimal removal of tooth structure compared to other materials like zirconia, Emax, or composites. This conservative approach helps preserve more natural tooth structure.
Cost-Effectiveness: In some cases, metal restorations can be more cost-effective than alternative materials, making them a practical choice for patients seeking durable and affordable dental solutions.

Porcelain Fused Zirconia
This material further combines the strength and esthetics of zirconia with the natural appearance of porcelain. These restorations feature a zirconia base, which is a strong and durable material, topped with a layer of tooth-colored porcelain for a natural look. The use of zirconia provides excellent strength and durability, making PFZ restorations suitable for both anterior and posterior crowns and bridges. Additionally, the porcelain layer allows the crown to blend in seamlessly with your natural teeth, giving you a beautiful, natural-looking smile. PFZ restorations are known for their strength, biocompatibility, and lifelike appearance, making them an excellent choice for restoring both form and function to your smile.
PFZ material has a core flexural strength of <1200 MPa and porcelain overlayer fracture strength of 80-120 MPa; Varied range of Translucency Levels; Used for crowns, and bridges; Preferred for strength and restorations spanning multiple units and esthetics.
Implant
Our technicians work with many implant companies to provide restorative services with the implant system you select. Whether you are treatment-planning for new implant cases or engaging existing implants, we partner with you to successfully process restorations from single units to full arch cases. (Straumann, Nobel, BioHorizons, Zimmer, Biomet 3i Encode, Hiossen, Astra, Megagen, and more.)
